Jeff Welch, Vice President, brings Blue River a wide range of experience from his time in the Tech Industry, personal business startups, as well as five years of Arizona state and county law enforcement.

Jeff’s experience in multiple industries helps him build strong, quality relationships with business owners. Trust, integrity, and transparency have been the keys to his success in previous fields, qualities that align perfectly with Blue River’s foundations.

He earned double Master’s degrees in Cyber Security & Software Engineering from the University of Advancing Technology and lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and two children.
