Scott Englehart, Manager, brings over 30 years of diverse leadership experience in client, prospect, C-Suite, board, regulator, stakeholder, and strategic partner facing roles in dynamic and fast-paced, growing companies. He has been fortunate to have the opportunity to build diverse skills and have extensive hands-on leadership experience in start-ups and reengineering divisions of complex cross-functional Fortune 100-500 companies. In addition, he has been responsible for executing complex management consulting mandates and driving projects focused primarily on strategic growth, operational excellence, technology, B2B and B2C sales, GRC, and improving financial performance.
Mr. Englehart has worked with in-house M&A teams and for PE firms through all the standard phases of the acquisition process (Sourcing, Teasers, NDA, Due Diligence, Proposals, Financial Analytics and Bid process.), including final approval, closing, and integration planning and execution.
His high energy, transparent, open-minded, and collaborative leadership and communication style, and extensive experience leading and working with operations, sales, relationship management, finance, strategy, product management and technology teams, enable him to contribute to the growth and financial performance of Blue River and our clients. Mr. Englehart’s leadership experience spans the U.S., U.K., Ireland, and Luxembourg.
Mr. Englehart earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Finance, Xavier University, OH and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Business Administration, Capital University, OH. He holds FINRA Series 7,24, 28, 65 and 63 licenses.
