Snigdha Adhikari, Director, has been in the Financial Services industry for the past 15 years, mostly serving in leadership roles building organizations. Snigdha’s focus has always been driving strategic initiatives and partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
She achieved organizational goals by building culture and employee engagement that drives scale and efficiency. Snigdha was previously Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at MassMutual, and Managing Director for the Pacific NW Region at Prudential Financial. At Prudential Financial, she helped successfully expand the company’s market footprint by navigating through emerging challenges caused by shifting market dynamics.
Snigdha resides in Chicago, IL with her family, and loves to sketch in her free time.
