Victor Danett

Victor Danett, Director, has provided private placement of debt and equity as well as mergers and acquisitions services to middle and lower middle market companies for over 30 years. He has closed transactions in the health care, tech, communications, transportation, manufacturing, food, pet food, cosmetics, and waste industries. Mr. Danett has taught business at the graduate level in subjects including venture capital finance, human resource compliance, business plan writing, and business communications. He served on the Board of Directors of the New York Association for Corporate Growth, and has held a Series 7 license. Mr. Danett has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a graduate degree with a focus on business-government relations from Harvard University.
