August 11, 2022 – Blue River Financial Group has advised Revival Animal Health, a leading value-added distributor of pet health products used by breeders, animal shelters and other pet health professionals and portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, on the recent acquisition of Exodus Breeders Corp. The new partnership marks Revival’s first major foray into the equine market.

Founded over 30 years ago, Revival Animal Health has been helping breeders, shelters, groomers, and individual pet owners by sharing pet care knowledge and offering solutions. The business has grown into a national pet health supply company with two locations, a state-of-the-art warehouse, and more than 75 employees. As they continue to grow, the group maintains their focus on industry-leading pet care knowledge and superior customer service.

Exodus Breeders Corp is a leading distributor of equine and canine reproductive supplies. Based in York, Pennsylvania, Exodus Breeders has been developing and distributing equine reproductive supplies for more than 25 years. The company was founded by veteran equine reproduction professional Jon Wiesman.
