Matthew Feldman, Managing Director, brings over 15 years of investment banking experience. Matt has originated and led corporate finance transactions across a range of industries, including consumer products and retail, industrials, building products, and healthcare. He has extensive experience in all aspects of deal execution and deal management, including sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions. He has worked on engagements for clients ranging in size from middle-market businesses to large, publicly held companies. During his career, Matthew has been involved in transactions that totaled over $30 billion in enterprise value. He was recognized as 2020 M&A Rising Star by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Prior to joining Blue River, Mr. Feldman functioned as a Director at two leading regional investment banking firms. He was responsible for leading M&A and capital markets transactions. He also took on the role of an investment banking Vice President at Moelis & Company, as well as an investment banking Analyst at Peter J. Solomon Company, both in New York City.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Political Science from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction. He maintains Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses with FINRA.
