Austin Rogers supports Blue River’s Research team as an Analyst. He comes from over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry where he started as a Sales Associate. He helped clients research and analyze data on customer demographics, traffic patterns, competitor sales, market needs, and customer buying habits to help identify potential markets for his team and clients.
He was promoted to VP of Leasing in 2018 where he managed new client acquisitions with a specialization in tenant representation for retail and restaurant clients. Throughout his tenure he was hired to be the exclusive Michigan broker for many notable restaurant brands. He worked with those clients to develop and implement restaurant expansion plans with an emphasis on demographic data curated to target customers. During that time he also advised on LOI and lease agreements, and assisted with many other aspects of large lease and purchase transactions.
Outside of work Austin enjoys spending time with his growing young family in Michigan. He likes to spend time outdoors on the lake, enjoys being active and playing golf, pickleball, and soccer.
