Jason Warner, Director, is a seasoned enterprise SaaS and M&A growth executive with over 20 years of experience leading the acquisition, integration, and transformation of more than 80 companies. Known for aligning strategy with execution, he brings a unique blend of financial rigor, go-to-market expertise, and operational discipline to deliver accelerated value and seamless post-deal transitions.
At Blue River, Jason partners with private equity firms, SMB owners, and strategic acquirers—particularly in the industrial automation and high-growth SaaS sectors—to support and drive successful inorganic growth strategies. His deep expertise spans sales teams design and alignment, compensation planning, CRM and forecasting system implementations, and building scalable, multi-region revenue organizations.
Prior to joining Blue River, Jason served in executive roles supporting PE-backed platforms, including as Vice President of Sales & Client Success at Access Information Management and Director of Sales at Shred-it, where he built and scaled high-performing sales and client success teams that drove significant ARR and NRR growth.
Jason attended the University of Michigan and Olivet Nazarene University for undergrad studies. He holds certifications in Business Analysis & Process Management and Generative AI in Business (University of Michigan), Sandler Sales & Management, Professional Selling and Coaching Skills (Achieve Global), and is a Certified Information Security Professional (CISP).
Based in Denver with his family, Jason is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, and skiing when he’s not advising clients or leading growth initiatives.
