Kyle Rutz, M&A advisor and strategic consultant, brings significant experience in the Technology and Software space.

Kyle has been project leader and M&A advisor on several acquisition strategies in Energy, Software /IT Services, Industrials, Franchising and Value-Added distribution, Consumer products and more.

Previous to Blue River, he supported several private equity and venture capital backed portfolio companies.

Kyle received his B.A., Humanities Pre-law from Michigan State University and his MBA from Northwood University, DeVos Graduate School in Midland, MI.
