ABOUT

Nicole Levy, Managing Director, brings over a decade of experience working with privately held middle market and lower middle market companies on growing their business and maximizing values in advance of an exit strategy. Nicole has been involved in numerous M&A transactions with both strategic and financial buyers, across a wide range of services-related industries.

Prior to joining Blue River, Nicole was a principal of a boutique M&A Advisory firm. She successfully led a buy side team where she was responsible for developing, managing, and executing the various phases of each engagement, including the development of investment strategies, target market research, and transactional management. Nicole has a strong marketing and interpersonal communications background in the professional services space. She prides herself on her ability to listen and connect with buyers and sellers, and ensure their unique needs are met. Early in Nicole’s career, she honed her skills working with the former public accounting firm, Arthur Anderson, and later technology innovator, MarchFirst, where she managed the development of marketing programs and cultivated joint venture opportunities that offered clients a tiered approach to growing and optimizing their businesses.

Nicole holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois. She graduated cum laude from Ohio University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling with family and friends, running, and stand-up paddle boarding. She recently retired from spending her free time in ice hockey rinks across the Midwest watching her kids play hockey, and now looks forward to pursuing new activities and finding new hobbies.
