April 23, 2025 – Blue River Financial Group announced today that Christopher Caron, Managing Director and Industrials Segment Leader, has been recognized by ACG Detroit as Investment Banker of the Year. The 10th Annual M&A All Star Awards ceremony will take place on May 7th, 2025, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI.
Founded in 1954, ACG is a global organization with 59 chapters. ACG’s network comprises of more than 100,000 middle-market professionals who invest, own and advise growing companies. ACG’s mission is to drive middle-market growth. Established in 1984, ACG Detroit facilitates a variety of business meetings and networking events for members across the metro Detroit area.
The selection process involved in-depth evaluation of each nomination. Interviewers were assigned to vet and collect information about each nominee, and a panel of industry peer judges met to review candidates and select winners.

Christopher Caron is distinguished by a rare blend of operational leadership, financial acumen, and strategic insight. With over 20 years of experience driving growth and efficiency across multiple industries, he brings a hands-on, results-oriented approach to every organization he serves.

Christopher most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Argent, where he led company-wide operations and played a key role in scaling the business through process optimization and team development. Prior to Argent, he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Full Spectrum Solutions, overseeing both financial strategy and day-to-day operations. His leadership helped position the company for long-term stability and growth.
Earlier in his career, Christopher served as CFO and Director of Operations at HITEC Sensor Solutions, Inc., the leading sensor development firm on the East Coast, where he managed both financial planning and critical operational functions.
A founding member and former board member of the CFO Leadership Council of Detroit, Christopher is passionate about empowering senior financial executives with practical, actionable insights into leadership and business challenges. His commitment to mentorship and community reflects his belief that strong leadership begins with shared knowledge and collaboration.
