February 22, 2024 – Blue River Financial Group has advised Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, a leading provider of naturally-based mosquito and pest control solutions and portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, on the recent acquisition of Life After Bugs.
Headquartered in Texas, Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is a pest-control services company specializing in environmentally conscious pest control services. The founders, Joseph Barclay and Jason Revill, have been in the pest control business since 1996. In 2011, Joseph and Jason moved Barefoot’s operations to Austin, Texas to capitalize on the region’s strong underlying growth tailwinds. Since then, the company has experienced tremendous growth and built a strong reputation for offering natural, environmentally conscious mosquito and pest control solutions to the Texan communities they serve.
Texas based Life After Bugs is a full-service pest control company providing home and commercial pest control services in Katy, West Houston, and Richmond, Texas. The company has licenses to perform structural pest control as well as treat lawn, trees, and shrubs for pests and diseases. Life After Bugs uses the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) method to prevent pests and also offers green pest control on demand.
