Blue River Advises Canopy Capital Partners on Acquisition of Archway Service Group

May 25, 2025 – Blue River Financial Group has advised Canopy Capital Partners, a Tampa-based private equity firm focused on the lower-middle market, on the recent acquisition of Archway Service Group. The acquisition was made along with Source Capital and other co-investors.

Investing since 2015, Canopy Capital Partners is a private equity investment firm based in Tampa, Florida. The group partners with management teams and companies experiencing generational ownership transfers in lower-middle market management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments. Canopy invests in companies with at least $10 million of revenue and $2 million of pre-tax earnings.

Founded in 2008, Archway Service Group is a commercial food equipment service provider delivering expert repair and preventative maintenance across the Southeastern United States. The technicians specialize in servicing bakery, deli, meat, and hot-side equipment for major grocery and retail chains. Archway’s comprehensive service offering also includes sharpening and replacement of band saw blades, grinder plates, and knives, as well as the replenishment of food grade oil and other essential cutlery supplies.
