William Loftis, Blue River’s co-founder and Managing Partner, said, Blue River has a secret formula for its success. We begin with amazing clients and add talented employees with impeccable values who understand their needs at deep levels. Then, we apply and constantly enhance proven systems to generate remarkable M&A outcomes. Success draws more quality clients who demand advanced services requiring more talent. The relationship between our clients and employees is symbiotic, and neither exists without the other.

‘Our announcement of new employees and promotions is an outward expression to our clients that we want to be an integral part of your growth. Apart from you, we could do nothing. With you and our remarkably talented team, there are no boundaries to what we can accomplish together. Each of those who recently joined Blue River is smart, capable, honorable, and hard-working. Their assimilation from new hires to trusted teammates took no time at all. Because of the people we serve and employ, we are extraordinarily optimistic about the future.”

“Matthew, Martin, Niall, Lisa and Matthew epitomize the commitment and passion we strive to deliver in every aspect of our services. We look forward to supporting them along the path of leadership, and to celebrating their future successes,” added Sara.
