Blue River Welcomes Two New Team Members and Announces Promotion

October 15, 2024 – Blue River Financial Group welcomed two new team members in Q3 of 2024 and announced a promotion. William Reasoner joined the Sell-side division as Investment Banking Analyst. Vaughn Browder, one of Blue River’s summer interns, joined the Research team as Analyst. Blue River also promoted Fideh Brundirks to the position of Vice President, Business Development.

William “Wills” Reasoner joined Blue River as Investment Banking Analyst. He is responsible for financial analysis, financial modeling, transaction analysis, and industry research. Prior to joining Blue River, Wills functioned as a Business Valuation Analyst with Deloitte’s transaction advisory group, and before that he was a business valuation Consultant at Plante Moran. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Michigan State University, graduating with honors. He also earned a Master of Accounting from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction.

Vaughn Browder, Research Analyst, first joined Blue River as an Investment Banking Intern, when he completed his summer internship gaining experience in the Buy-side, Sell-side, and Research Divisions. Vaughn has previous experience as a Financial Analyst and Risk and Equities Specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Human Capital with a concentration in Public Policy and Finance from Michigan State University.

Fideh Brundirks was promoted to the position of Vice President, Business Development. She brings experience in marketing, customer relations, sales, and real estate. Fideh received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. She spent four years selling residential and new construction real estate for an industry leading homebuilder and currently holds a Michigan Real Estate license. Fideh’s customer relations and sales experience has created a solid foundation for her to continue building successful relationships.
