Blue River^® is a nationally recognized M&A Advisory firm that delivers proprietary deal flow to private equity firms and acquisitive corporations. The Business Development Team searches across North America, Europe and Asia to identify acquisition targets that match our clients’ investment theses. Advisors are expected to have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, as they articulate business opportunities to CEOs and owners of middle market businesses.

Blue River^® also delivers customized investment banking services to owners seeking exits, recapitalizations, management buyouts, generational transfers, ESOPs and other corporate finance functions – collectively referred to as the “sell-side”. Advisors hoping to join the sell-side team will have a deep understanding of business operations with an ability to articulate complex financial matters.
