Matthew Kanterman

ABOUT

Matthew Kanterman, Director of Research, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Stephen M Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is also a CFA© charterholder.

Previously, he was the Director of Business Development at Supersocial Inc., a company making boundary-pushing virtual worlds for brands and IP owners on the Roblox platform. Before his time at Supersocial, Matthew was the Director of Research at Roundhill Investments, an established provider of thematic ETFs with $1 billion of assets under management. Matt held the same position at Ball Metaverse Research Partners prior to that.

Matthew spent 8 years at Bloomberg Intelligence before joining BMRP in both New York and Hong Kong, most recently as a Senior Equity Research Analyst with coverage spanning a broad swath of technology, media and telecommunications companies. He began his financial career as an associate research analyst with Bloomberg Intelligence covering telecommunications equipment and service providers.
