November 20, 2025 – Blue River Financial Group has advised MES Life Safety (“MES”), the national leader in fire, safety, and emergency response solutions and portfolio company of Platte River Equity (“Platte River”), on the recent acquisition of Safety Inc. This strategic acquisition expands MES’s capabilities into safety instrumentation, calibration and repair services, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive life‑safety solutions nationwide.
