August 31, 2023 – Blue River Financial Group has advised Revival Animal Health (“Revival”), a leading value-added distributor of pet health products used by breeders, animal shelters and other pet health professionals and portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, on the recent acquisition of Breeder’s Choice. The addition of Breeder’s Choice products to the Revival catalog provides more high-quality options to the equine industry.

Founded over 30 years ago, Revival serves breeders, shelters, vets and pet owners by offering best-in-class products and pet care knowledge. Based in Orange City, the business has grown into a national pet specialty company with a state-of-the-art warehouse and more than 100 employees. As Revival continues to grow, the team maintains its focus on industry-leading pet care knowledge with superior customer service.

Breeder’s Choice was founded in 2003 to offer a single online solution to Equine Breeding Managers for all their equine reproduction needs, including equine phantoms, cryogenic storage tanks, laboratory supplies, microscopes, water baths, and more.

Christopher Caron, Managing Director with Blue River, said, “Blue River is grateful for the opportunity to connect the leadership of Breeder’s Choice and Revival on this transaction. For Revival, partnering with Breeder’s Choice brings continued expansion into the pet products space. For Breeder’s Choice, the opportunity to partner with an industry leader brings tremendous growth for its employees and leadership. We’re excited to see the Revival/Breeder’s Choice teams continue to build something great together!”

“Revival continues to make a positive impact on the animal health space. I am very excited to see what the combination of Breeder’s Choice and Revival can accomplish together.” said Kyle Rutz, Director at Blue River.
