March 8, 2023 – Blue River Financial Group advised Unified Power, leading national independent provider of critical power service, equipment and associated accessories, and a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, on the recent acquisition of Core Power & Environment.
Founded in 2011, Unified Power is the largest independent provider of mission critical power equipment and maintenance services in the nation. The company offers power solutions that are customized to fit the needs of every business, including uninterrupted power supply (UPS) equipment, backup generators, DC Plants, PDUs and more. Unified Power maintains a large inventory of 18,000 SKUs and over 1,000 parts at their warehouses.
Core Power is a national provider of backup power equipment, critical space engineering solutions and critical power equipment maintenance services, with a strong presence in the Northeast Area of North America. The company specializes in the design, construction, and testing of power and environmental equipment primarily used in data centers and mission critical applications.
