Blue River Welcomed Three New Team Members in Q1 of 2025

April 30, 2025 – Blue River Financial Group welcomed three new team members in Q1 of 2025, bringing in new skills and expertise. The Buy-side division added Doug Nault as Vice President and Adam De Lisser as Marketing/Communications Associate, while the Research department added Henrique Lima as Analyst. The collective expertise of the new hires has strengthened Blue River’s capabilities, contributing to the advancement of growth initiatives.

Doug Nault, Vice President, brings over 27 years of experience in funeral service. For the last 20 of those years, he worked for Newcomer Funeral Service Group. In his role as Advanced Planning Specialist, he was instrumental in developing and growing the Columbus Ohio market for Newcomer. Doug earned an Associate of Science degree in General Studies/Communications from Indiana Wesleyan University. His educational endeavors include attending Olivet Nazarene College (now University) where he studied Music Education.

Adam De Lisser, Marketing/Communications Associate, brings experience in marketing, digital photography, and communications. Adam earned his BS in Mass Communication-Photography from Southern Adventist University. Currently beginning the pursuit of his Master of Business Administration, Adam’s academic background complements his hands-on experience. Previously, Adam gained valuable experience through full-time work as a Marketing Outreach Coordinator and internships in social media marketing, multimedia content creation, and marketing promotions.

Henrique brings a technical edge to his role, allowing him to approach research and problem-solving with precision and innovation.
