October 4, 2022 – Blue River welcomes two more team members to its buy-side division, in Q3 of 2022. Nicole Levy and Stephen Pucek have joined our M&A Advisory team, bringing strategic leadership and business development experience to Blue River’s buy-side segment led by Rich Phillips.

Nicole Levy joined Blue River as Director. She brings over a decade of experience working with privately held middle market and lower middle market companies on growing their business and maximizing values in advance of an exit strategy. Nicole has been involved in numerous M&A transactions with both strategic and financial buyers across a wide range of services-related industries. Prior to joining Blue River, Nicole was a principal of a boutique M&A Advisory firm. Nicole holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University.

Stephen Pucek joined Blue River as Vice President. He brings an aptitude for the software and technologies industry, leadership, business development, and a consultative approach to the business process, helping all parties along the way. Prior to joining Blue River, Stephen showed success executing high-growth sales strategies in the SaaS space, concluding with the exit of PatientNOW selling in 2020. Having the experience from the sale of PatientNOW Stephen went on to do business consulting for sales and marketing, assisting growing businesses with achieving new revenue numbers.
