August 12, 2021 – Blue River Financial Group is thrilled to announce the promotion of Daniel Sundby from Director to Managing Director, effective August 2021. Dan joined our buy-side team over two years ago and has played a key role in strategically advising Fortune 500 clients, private equity firms, and privately held businesses. Mr. Sundby became a trusted advisor on Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate Development opportunities, leveraging his strong operational and strategic leadership experience to develop and build lasting relationships with business owners and CEOs.
Dan brings a broad range of leadership experience with over 30 years of expertise as a business owner, C-Level executive, sales, sales management, and sales training in various companies. Mr. Sundby has worked extensively in the insurance and financial services industries. He has built the sales distribution teams for insurance marketing groups, regional builders in the new home construction industry, receivables management companies, and proactive tax planning firms. Before joining Blue River, Mr. Sundby served as President and CSO for a publicly-traded company and served on its board.
