April 19, 2023 – Blue River welcomed four more team members in Q1 of 2023. Snigdha Adhikari and Marie Welch have joined our M&A Advisory team, Austin Rogers is the latest addition to our Research department, and Taylor Moss joined the Valuations division.
Snigdha Adhikari joined Blue River as Director. She has been in the Financial Services industry for the past 15 years, mostly serving in leadership roles in building organizations. Snigdha’s focus has always been driving strategic initiatives and partnerships across internal and external stakeholders. Snigdha was previously Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at MassMutual and Managing Director for the Pacific NW Region at Prudential Financial.

Marie Welch joined Blue River as Vice President. She brings a well-rounded background in various industries, with over eight years of experience as a clinical site developer for GCU’s College of Nursing, six years of Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical sales for Moore Medical and McKesson, and three years of financial services experience with The Vanguard Financial Group. With a passion for entrepreneurship, science, medicine, relationship building, and charity, Marie is in the final stages of obtaining her Ph.D.

Austin Rogers joined Blue River as Research Analyst. He brings over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry where he started as a Sales Associate. He helped clients research and analyze data on customer demographics, traffic patterns, competitor sales, market needs, and customer buying habits to help identify potential markets for his team and clients. He was promoted to VP of Leasing in 2018 where he managed new client acquisitions with a specialization in tenant representation for retail and restaurant clients.

Taylor Moss joined Blue River as a Junior Analyst Intern in 2022 and is now a Valuation Analyst. He is responsible for financial analysis, financial modeling, transaction analysis, and industry research. Taylor graduated from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business finance and served on the president’s honors list every semester. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree which he will receive by the end of 2023.
