BLUE RIVER ACTED AS EXCLUSIVE M&A ADVISOR TO LYNX FRANCHISING, AN INCLINE EQUITY PARTNERS PORTFOLIO COMPANY

LYNX Franchising, an Incline Equity Partners portfolio company successfully acquired FRSTeam Corporation (“FRSTeam”) as a strategic add-on to the LYNX Franchising platform.

With a desire to gain a deep understanding of LYNX Franchising’s growth through acquisition objectives, Blue River worked to build a targeted list of strategically aligned concepts in franchising. Focusing especially on new franchise concepts that would serve as non-duplicative and complementary to LYNX’s current service lines in B2B commercial cleaning and shared office concepts, Blue River identified the FRSTeam brand, and presented to the LYNX Franchising its rationale on why the business would be strategically valuable to the overall vision of the platform.

Blue River built a tailored messaging campaign with the endeavor of engaging FRSTeam owners, who were at the time, not seriously considering an equity transaction.



Blue River presented LYNX Franchising’s compelling value proposition to support the continued growth of the business, offer additional tools and resources to support the team’s national expansion, and support those of the leadership team wishing to stay and lead that growth.

Blue River presented the opportunity, introducing LYNX Franchising and FRSTeam leadership teams where the principals began to develop personal rapport and a common strategic vision.



The collective team continued to build on the strength of those personal relationships to gain trust and transaction momentum despite the challenges of 2020’s economic / M&A environment.
