BLUE RIVER ACTED AS EXCLUSIVE M&A ADVISOR TO LYNX FRANCHISING, AN INCLINE EQUITY PARTNERS PORTFOLIO COMPANY

LYNX Franchising, an Incline Equity Partners portfolio company successfully acquired FRSTeam Corporation (“FRSTeam”) as a strategic add-on to the LYNX Franchising platform.

With a desire to gain a deep understanding of LYNX Franchising’s growth through acquisition objectives, Blue River worked to build a targeted list of strategically aligned concepts in franchising. Focusing especially on new franchise concepts that would serve as non-duplicative and complementary to LYNX’s current service lines in B2B commercial cleaning and shared office concepts, Blue River identified the FRSTeam brand, and presented to the LYNX Franchising its rationale on why the business would be strategically valuable to the overall vision of the platform.
