December 28, 2021 – We are thrilled to welcome two more additions to the team in Q4 of 2021. Lewis VanLandingham and Scott Englehart have joined Blue River’s expanding M&A Advisory team, bringing decades of experience in leadership and business growth.
Lewis VanLandingham, who joined Blue River as Manager, is a graduate of the University of Florida and currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio area. Since 2015, Lewis has owned a Sandler Training franchise and has provided sales and management training, coaching, and consulting to all types of businesses including manufacturing, insurance, and financial services, and home improvement. Lewis is a frequently sought-after keynote speaker and workshop leader on topics related to business growth. Prior to owning a Sandler Training business, Lewis sold products and services to K-12 schools, industry, and small and medium-sized businesses.
Scott Englehart joined Blue River as Manager, bringing over 30 years of diverse leadership experience. Scott earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Finance, Xavier University, OH and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Business Administration, Capital University, OH. He has been responsible for executing complex management consulting mandates and driving projects focused primarily on strategic growth and operational excellence. Scott has worked with in-house M&A teams and for PE firms through all the standard phases of the acquisition process, including final approval, closing, and integration planning and execution.
